Investors In People (IIP) is an international quality standard for effective investment in the training and development of people to achieve business goals. CEVA Logistics is committed to rolling out the IIP standard globally. We are already accredited in the Benelux, UK, Italy, Australia, Hong Kong, North America, Indonesia and Singapore. IIP provides a framework for standardising people development processes and continuous improvement. It provides a structured approach to training through linking training needs to business objectives. It develops internal communications, improves motivation and enhances staff retention.
